I reckon mid 30's (approx 2 bars) is too low for a twin axle. More like 50-55psi for stability.

Less than double the weight, but (depending on relative tyre size) double the contact area on the road. So to my mind that means a lower pressure to achieve the same squish in the tyre. You also have double the sidewalls to help with lateral stability.

But, my experience was a good 12/13+ years ago. So take it with a pinch of salt.

Thats a great find, thanks! Now I can make sense of the electrical system and label the fuses. Might even get the alarm working...

Thank you gents, one new bayonet type travel catch fitted, gas valve freed off with some firm but gentle persuasion and a constant blue flame :D
